As Unveel's Chief Executive Officer, Alok manages Unveel’s core team members distributed throughout the world, with a focus on innovation.

Since Unveel was founded, Alok has brought together insights and experience from his time at Uber (General Manager for Sweden) and Boston Consulting Group and combined them with a strong theoretical grounding acquired through an MSc in Finance of Stockholm School of Economics.

Bertan Baytekin

As Product Director, Bertan brings an absolutely stacked array of experience and technical expertise to Unveel.

Having first gained an MSc in Automatic Control Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Bertan created the first-ever real-time sports data feed, which was quickly acquired by the world market leader Runningball Spots Information GmbH (then acquired by Perform Group for EUR 120 million).

Bertan went on to build complex B2C sports-data suites for clients such as MSN, and ESPN, and now enriches the Unveel team with a dynamic combination of know-how and creativity.

Unveel's VP of Technology, Łukasz Chachurski leads the company's engineering organisation, driving process and culture to ensure top quality delivery from our team of world-class engineers.

Łukasz was the co-founder of Footballcode, a hugely successful sports camps company, before going on to work at eSky, the world's number one flight booking system.

Additionally, he contributed to Google's search results rating program. He leverages this experience along with his IT degree from Katowice Institute of Technology to create excellence-grade technology at Unveel.

With his consistent track record of bringing rapid and sustained growth to every venture with which he has been involved, Max scales Unveel, ensuring it addresses its customers’ needs, no matter where they are located.

Previously he was involved with Smava, reaching three billion Euros in processed loans and expanding its operations to Poland, where he assembled a local team from scratch and served as CEO/co-founder of Smava Poland.

Piotr Durlej

Piotr brings matchless expertise in Management, the subject of his Master's degree, and now focuses his talent entirely on Unveel, having previously had highly productive relationships with a glittering showcase of business talent, as found at ADP (listed on S&P500), Smith and Nephew (listed on FTSE 100), and certainly not to overlook Solium Capital, acquired by Morgan Stanley.

Over the span of a decade Piotr has really outdone himself managing successful product discovery and delivery teams, and creating products for international venture-backed companies. A rare talent, Piotr is now an integral part of the Unveel landscape.

Borys Syczewski

Our Business Development Director Borys Syczewski excelled academically, gaining a degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems followed by a Masters in eBusiness from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Upon graduation Borys took this momentum and ran with it, galloping up the performance tables at Docplanner, where he quickly became the youngest ever associate to reach the level of Country Manager.

Unveel was fortunate enough to get Borys onboard at a stage when he had established a proven track record of building international operations structures. Confident, talented, and accurate, Borys Syczewski is one more key part of a world-class operation at Unveel.

Katarzyna Pruska

Pablo headed out into the business world with a degree in Business and Marketing, and went on to steer the turnaround of digital channels for GVC/Entain, a FTSE 100 listed company.

After creating 120% YOY growth there, Pablo went from strength to strength, repeating this success with four more investment-backed app-based start-ups, ultimately winning App Growth award of the year after delivering over 5 Million app installs.

A precocious talent, Grzegorz circumvented a traditional academic path and went to work for eSky, where he made a name for himself before cooperating with Google Poland in launching the world's first Polish app for Google Assistant.

Now we are proud to draw on his exceptional skill set to ensure that the Unveel user experience consistently outperforms everything else in the field.

Artur is a grass-roots talent who can trace his beginnings to the home computer revolution, where he began creating programs to manipulate text translations on an 8-bit micro.

Going on to gain a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Econometrics, Artur has since worked creating software solutions for the housing market and e-commerce using a variety of languages, and leading teams of other developers. Today millions of dollars pass through systems that he has created.

Previously Artur worked for rednetproperty.com, tabelaofert.pl, and enetproduction.com, all of which continue to benefit from the excellent systems he built.

Alex previously worked at Autenti, Wearfits, and CC-Center, where he variously managed information security, payment subscription, G-Suite integration, and much more. Alex has a strong grasp of serverless architecture, and oversaw the creation of a virtual fitting room, as well as developed a virtually intelligent customer chat bot.

An all-round talent, Alex is a key member of the Unveel team.

Early on David decided to prioritise real-world experience over academia, and never looked back.

Working for Perform Group (now dazn.com) and evisa.express, he came to lead a technical team which created a platform for assisting applicants in obtaining Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). He was also responsible for developing tools used by sports commentators which presents detailed statistics relating to previous events.

His competence and enthusiasm drew him to Unveel, where he is now highly valued.

Maciej Wolak

After completing a Master's Degree in Journalism and Communication, Paulina went on to work variously for Ringier Axel Springer, GroupM, and eSky, which involved cooperation with companies such as H&M, IKEA, Brita, LG, Carlo Rossi, Wilkinson, Jeronimo Martins, and Uber.

Additionally she holds certificates from Google in Professional UX design, as well as a UX Design Master Class Certificate from EY Design Studio, not to mention five Interaction Design Foundation certificates.
